You can easily track leads, organizations, contacts, tasks, appointments and files. Sales teams can collaborate on a single database from anywhere in the world. You can quickly search and manage your contact base as well as track and show all activities or history for any client. With Day Planner Pro you can:
- organize all your contacts in unlimited contact folders
- share contact folders (a company address book is created by default) with others
- search contacts in any folder
- integrate with web mail address autocomplete
- use the company directory automatically provided - every user can update his/her own contact details
- sync contacts with Outlook, Palm, PocketPC or mobile phones using the optional SyncML connector
- import/export contacts to/from Outlook and most other applications in CSV format. Supports Unicode.
Easy Windows-like File Management

(Documents)
Users can store files on the remote server, and access them from everywhere using a browser. Files are organized in unlimited folders and subfolders, with an easy Explorer-like navigation from within the web browser. Documents can be opened with a single click. Files and documents can also be accessed and uploaded by mobile users on the road using PocketPC. Document folders can be shared with other users, communities, groups, have different access permissions (ex read, write, delete...). Users can save incoming attachments to a remote folder, for later access or sharing. Remote files can also be sent out as attachments. This often saves a lot of time for documents that are sent out often, as it avoids uploading the same attachment every time. It is possible to drag & drop files and entire directories as normal from the desktop directly onto the remote folder. Works integrated with all the Office applications to open, create, save files. All the communication is firewall friendly using HTTP communication (or HTTPS for maximum security).
Advanced Search Feature
The built-in search utility is remarkably fast and can search every aspect of the database in seconds. This allows you to quickly find critical information about clients, organizations, sales opportunities, daily notes, tasks, e-mails and much more.
